In order to better serve you in the new year, TricycleBlend has moved servers and constructed a completely new online store that has commenced service on 1 January, 2017. Not only is the new store faster and improved, it is also safer and more secure; we are now using SSL certificates with 256-bit encryption, which is the industry standard for well-protected e-commerce stores. This change can be seen from our storefront URL:

We have moved all customers' information, accounts, and VIP points to our new store from our previous online store. If you have registered for an account previously, have been accumulating points with us, and would like to continue using those points, you can login to your account with the following steps:

1. Go to the storefront, click on "Create account"

2. Click on "Sign in with Facebook"

OR

1. Go to the storefront, click on "Log in"

2. Click on "Forgot your password?"

3. Enter your email address and reset your password

 

With the new online store and new system, several changes have been introduced to our VIP points system.

Points Accumulation System:

Previously: $10HKD = 1 point

Now: $1HKD = 1 point

Points Spending System:

Previously: 1 point = $1HKD

Now: 10 points = $1HKD

 

In order words, the points you have previously earned are still in your account, and its value has not changed. You will, however, see a 10x fold increase in your points, as the Points Accumulation and Spending System have changed. The following is an example:

If you previously earned 100 points, you have $100HKD value in your account.

Now, you will see 1000 points in your account, which translates to $100HKD value.

Therefore, there is no change in the value of your points.

 

To view your points balance and to use them, click on the side pop-up "賺取現金優惠". You can now use your points as cash for every purchase!
